We manage rentals in Tennessee and Kentucky. In Tennessee we manage properties across Cheatham, Dickson, & Davidson County. If you are looking for a residence from west of I-24 and north of I-40 we service that corridor. In Kentucky we manage rentals in the Lexington area specifically Shelby and Bourbon Counties. Our staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail are the best ways to provide comfortable communities for the people who have chosen our rentals.

Currently we do not manage any properties outside our family ownership. We continue to work toward the ability to service property owners in the future.
