Gossett Investments, Inc started out as a small company with it's first rental home purchase on August 18, 1999. Since then the company has owned properties in Cheatham, Davidson, Sumner, & Dickson counties and currently continues to service all of those counties except Sumner. We manage rentals across Cheatham, Dickson, & Davidson County. If you are looking for a residence from west of I-24 and north of I-40 we service that corridor.  The company was incorporated on July 13, 2004. Since it's incorporation the company has doubled the number of units that it owns to 150+- across the three counties. We pride ourselves in providing clean, affordable housing for prices that beat our competitors with comparable units. 

The company employees two full time property managers, a full time maintnenance manager, two full time maintenance techs, various contractors, and carries a robust vendor listing to support all of it's tenant's needs. Our staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail are the best ways to provide comfortable communities for the people who have chosen our rentals.
