• If you are interested in one of the available units complete the electronic application via the application link on the left toolbar. You DO NOT have to pay an application fee but once submitted a property manager will contact you to pre-approve and schedule a showing of the unit.

Current tenant needing to:

• Reach a property manager 
  • Use your Tenant Portal to start an electronic communication. You can also review and open work orders, make payment, and review your ledger from the Tenant Portal. 
  • Dial 615-876-8526 and follow the prompts. 
  • Email AR@GIMAIL.US. 
• Reach maintenance
  • Use your Tenant Portal to submit a work order. 
  • If an emergency not requiring 911 dial 615-876-8526 and follow the prompts. 
  • Email WO@GIMAIL.US.
